The tealight candles come in four signature scents, including Oriental Thinker, Queen Rosa, Imperial Forest and Royal Infancy. Like our natural stone candles, the tealight candles are made of coconut wax and beeswax to ensure quality and sustainability.  

After purchasing our sample pack, you will receive a discount code which you could use to offset your sample cost at your next purchase of our natural stone candles.

IMPORTANT

To ensure all our candles are freshly made with the highest quality of ingredients, we operate in a make-to-order model, i.e. we only start producing when we receive the order. Please allow 1 week of production time prior to shipping. We greatly appreciate your understanding.

    Shipping Carriers and Options
    At Aquilaria Port, we do not have specific shipping carriers or options. We strive to provide the best shipping rates and times for our customers by utilising reputable carriers based on your location and order preferences.

    Shipping Times
    For international orders, shipping times will vary based on the chosen carrier and your location. We aim to process and ship your order within 2 weeks. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

    Shipping Costs
    Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the products in your order and the distance to your delivery address. The precise shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process, allowing you to review and approve before finalizing your purchase.

    Expedited Shipping
    We offer expedited shipping options for customers who wish to receive their orders faster. During the checkout process, you will have the opportunity to select your preferred shipping speed.

    Tracking Information
    Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information. You can use this information to track your shipment through the carrier's website.

    Customs and Import Duties
    Customers are responsible for any customs or import duties that may apply to their order based on their location. These fees, if applicable, are not included in the order total.

    Lost Shipments
    In the rare event of a lost shipment, we will offer a full refund for your order.

  • Returns

    Returns and Refunds

    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you wish to return a product, kindly send the item back to our Singapore address at your own expense. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

    To start a return, you can contact us at info@aquilariaport.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Once we receive the returned item and verify its intact condition, we will proceed with the refund. 

    You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we have approved your return, please contact us at info@aquilariaport.com.

    Damaged Products

    In the unfortunate event that your product arrives damaged, please provide us with a photo of the damaged item within 7 days of receiving your order. We will then initiate a refund or send you a replacement, based on your preference.

    Exchanges

    We do not offer product exchanges at this time.
