What is the lead time for ordering products and booking event?

For bespoke orders, please allow 3 months for production to ensure every detail is perfected.

For standard items, our lead time is 4–8 weeks, depending on the quantity.

For corporate events, please contact us at least 6 weeks prior to your preferred date to ensure availability.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for wedding & event gifts, retreat souvenirs and wholesale order?

For weddings, retreats, and corporate events, our minimum order quantity is 8 pieces for candles and 10 pieces for all other products.

Can I request bespoke scents for event gifts?

Absolutely. We can arrange bespoke scent sampling (at an additional cost) if you would like a signature fragrance to represent your brand or story.

For couples wishing to personalise their wedding gifts, we also offer private scent-blending workshops to help you create a unique fragrance for your candles or room sprays.

What activities do the candle and perfume corporate workshops include?

Our Premium Natural Perfume Workshop offers an immersive scent-blending experience. Each participant will create and take home a 6ml natural perfume in a quartz or crystal atomiser, and an 8ml natural perfume oil in an amber glass bottle with a tiger’s eye roller.

Our Premium Natural Candle Workshop features a guided scent-blending and wax-pouring session, where participants craft a natural candle housed in a luxury marble or onyx vessel.

The Premium Candle & Perfume Workshop combines both experiences into one comprehensive session.

All workshops include:

  • An educational presentation on botanical ingredients.
  • Step-by-step guidance and professional instruction.
  • A short meditation session to enhance focus and sensory awareness.
