Growing up in Hong Kong, Michelle was surrounded by a highly competitive and demanding environment. From an early age, she found joy and peace in music. She earned ABRSM Grade 8 in both Piano and Singing, trained within a structured curriculum. It was only when she discovered sound therapy that she encountered a freer form of music, guided by intuition. Michelle has always believed in the healing power of music, and credits it with carrying her through her most stressful days. Sound therapy has deepened that belief, and she is devoted to helping more people find balance in an age of constant stimulation.
